New chairman elected

At an open vote yesterday, September 27, 2022, fr. Alexius (Suvoroff) was elected as the second Chairman of the Synod.

The new Chairman is aimed at expanding the Synod, creating his own seminary and unifying the liturgical charter.

The inauguration of the new Chairman will take place on October 1, 2022. Vice President will be appointed at a later date. The next election of the Chairman will take place one year later, on September 27, 2023.
